Bike Transalp 

Bike Transalp is one of Europe's most  prestigious and demanding seven-day mountain  bike stage races. The race begins in Austria,  crosses the spectacular Alps, and finishes in  Italy. In 2019, I had the privilege of participating  in Bike Transalp thanks to the invitation and  generous support of my friends from Germany.  They gave me the opportunity to experience and  compete in one of Europe's most iconic  mountain bike races. Over seven unforgettable  days, I rode across the Alps from Austria to Italy,  alongside cyclists from many different  countries. Participating in Bike Transalp was a  significant milestone in my cycling career. The  race tested my endurance, technical skills,  determination, and resilience while allowing me  to experience the beauty of the Alps and  compete at an international level. For me, Bike  Transalp is more than just a race. It is a journey  of friendship, adventure, perseverance, and 

personal growth. I am deeply grateful to my  friends in Germany for believing in me, inviting  me, and making this unforgettable experience  possible. Theirsupport gave me the opportunity  to represent Nepal on one of Europe's greatest  mountain bike stages, and it remains one of the  most meaningful chapters of my cycling journey.
